   We work through equipment, materials, layout and any site visit or design work needed to quote the project.
3. ### Confirm the plan and price

   Review a written scope before approving construction. Equipment, delivery, utilities and site work are confirmed for your project.
4. ### Build and hand off

   BigDecks coordinates the work, shares progress photographs and closes with a walkthrough and care guidance.

For a space with several parts

Deck or outdoor bathing design is $650; full landscape design is $1,250. Both include a site plan, elevations, one revision cycle, a landscape drainage plan, a grading plan when necessary, proposed improvements and eight property-specific scaled renderings developed in design software from 3D scans and drone surveys.

Construction and equipment are priced separately. Straightforward single-deck projects may not need paid Design Assist.

Yes. We help select the equipment, develop the layout and coordinate the deck, privacy, drainage and landscape around it. A project with several connected elements may benefit from paid Design Assist before construction.
