01 / Old-deck removal
Up to $1,500 toward
removing the old deck.
Put the credit toward eligible wood-deck demolition and hauling when you replace your deck with BigDecks.
- New BigDecks deck construction contracts of at least $25,000 before credit and tax, signed October 16–31, 2026.
- The credit is the lesser of the quoted eligible demolition and hauling charge or $1,500. It covers accessible, non-hazardous wood-deck removal within the contracted replacement area.
- Concrete, masonry, foundations, excavation, hazardous materials and utility relocation are excluded. Any additional work is quoted separately.
- Available for qualifying projects within our Austin and Central Texas service area, confirmed by project location before contract.
- The credit must be recorded in the construction contract and applied to the final invoice. One credit per property, no cash value, and no combining with another promotion or design/build credit. Existing signed contracts are excluded.
02 / Design into construction
Up to $1,000 of your design fee.
Applied to the build.
Begin with Design Assist, then put your paid base design fee toward a qualifying BigDecks construction project.
- New Design Assist agreements signed October 16–31, 2026, for projects in our Austin and Central Texas service area. Design is a separate paid service; this is not free design.
- The credit equals the paid base design fee, up to $1,000. Revision fees and third-party professional fees are excluded.
- Sign a BigDecks construction contract of at least $25,000 before credit and tax within 60 days of final design delivery for the same property.
- The construction contract must record the credit, which is applied to the final invoice. No cash value or automatic refund if you do not proceed with the qualifying build.
- One offer per property. This promotion is an alternative to the existing conditional design/build credit, not an additional credit. It cannot be combined with that credit, the removal offer or another promotion. Existing signed agreements retain their agreed terms.
Planning a sauna?
Sauna-at-cost promotions are on hold while eligible models are confirmed. Bathing Brands products are excluded. Equipment, delivery and installation remain separately quoted.
